This series of needle valves adopts a classic matching structure of conical needle-shaped valve core and valve seat, driving the valve stem through multi-turn fine-thread threads to achieve precise and linear adjustment of the valve port opening. Its long-stroke design ensures extremely high resolution and stability of flow control during the process from fully open to fully closed. The valve stem seal adopts multiple packing (such as PTFE, graphite) or O-rings, combined with precision mechanical processing, which provides a smooth operating feel while achieving ultra-low leakage at the valve stem. The product offers two flow forms: straight-through and angle type, meeting different pipeline layout needs.
