This series of ball valves adopts a classic floating or fixed ball structure, realizing rapid opening, closing or flow direction switching of fluids by rotating a sphere with a through hole. The valve seat is made of high-performance polymer materials (such as PTFE, PCTFE, PEEK), forming a tight line-contact seal with the precision-machined sphere. Its compact "full port" or "reduced port" design provides maximum flow capacity while achieving extremely low flow resistance and pressure drop, making it particularly suitable for sampling, purging and process control points that require frequent operation or strict sealing.
