Core Functions & Working Principle
The valve remains fully sealed under normal conditions. When the internal pressure exceeds the set positive pressure value due to tank filling, temperature changes or gas generation, the pressure disc opens and the overpressurized gas is released to the connected recovery pipeline. Conversely, when a vacuum is formed inside the tank due to discharging or cooling and exceeds the set value, the vacuum disc opens to draw in gas (such as air or nitrogen) from the pipeline to balance the pressure. After the pressure is restored, the disc resets quickly to form a tight seal again. This precise cycle of "exhalation" and "inhalation" is carried out automatically in the closed pipeline system, which not only protects the tank structure but also realizes the effective control and recovery of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
